<Amino Vital Super Sports>
Great self training at the park today! Today I focused on stance precision, and I think it went well! :) I also wanted to show what I take to my workouts, seen in my fist picture.

Amino vital super sports (third picture) is a pre-work out jelly shot, with 3000mg of amino acids. 
Our body does amazing things when we exercise, and long story short, our body breaks down little of our muscle when we exercise, hence we feel fatigue when we overwork. Amino vital supplements BCAAs (Branched Chain amino acids) which are precursors for protein. We need them to recover our body and muscles to keep exercising. 
Amino vital was brilliant and made it easy for us by condensing 3000mg of these amino acids into a jelly form so we can easily drink/eat them when we exercise. 
Jelly shots are good, I use them when I feel a little hungry before I exercise. I felt great today, and I’m ready for tomorrow’s training :) try the jelly shots when you have the chance!
