<Chiishii>
Chiishii training at the park today! I dislocated my right shoulder 3 times, so it’s important to strengthen my shoulders to keep my rotator cuff together.

Chiishii is a traditional Japanese karate training tool, seen in my video. Chiishii training requires three dimensional movements, like swinging and spinning, unlike common weight training exercises.

The weight in the video is 3kg. My sensei told me my goal is 7kg. Lol
