Second and last training day is over! Last week we were in Russia with ice cold mats, now it’s time for the hot sand ring! 🔥I am excited for the competition tomorrow!

Recovery was great with amino_vital and ntrecovery! I will be able to compete at my best tomorrow! Thank you!

2日目の練習終了！スーパーの4連両手突きから四股立ち四方向の移動で軸足がどんどん沈んでいきます。笑 ロシアでは滑る氷みたいなマット、カタールでは暑い砂の上での戦いになります。

選手村でビーチサッカー日本代表監督のラモスさんに会えました👍🏻 ! アミノバイタルとノーマテックのお陰でリカバリーはバッチリ！明日頑張ります！
