First day in Doha was great! Great beach training to prepare for the competition on Saturday! Training was super hot under the sun in almost 100 degree 🔥 weather!

Thank you amino_vital for keeping me hydrated and supplementing me with electrolytes! ⚡️ I will definitely take some more for tomorrow’s practice!

We also went to Souq Waqif to go shop at night markets 👍🏻 We found a giant golden thumb in the market. The artwork is called Le Pouce (meaning “The thumb”) marks the victory of the Qatar football/soccer team at the Asian Cup!

初日終了！約40度の暑さと砂の中、なんとか練習を終えました！アミノバイタルのお陰で水分とクエン酸を補給しつつ練習できました！ありがとうございます😊。 スーク・ワキーフという迷路のようなマーケットに行きました。^_^ 大きな親指があって、サッカーのアジアカップを記念して建てられたらしい… サッカーはどこでも人気！
