LAST WEEK | 

Last week was a blur, and it all started with Sunday RUNDAY being back after a long hiatus. If you don’t know what that is, it’s where I’m literally running on Sunday and I do a stadium and track workout (check @lonewolfs.journey) for that. I had the pleasure of celebrating a friend’s birthday the very next day, and then from there on, I was speeding through all of my days. Finally I got to sit down on Saturday, and call on God in the gym, and then calmly got dressed and went outside later to just run some errands and touch some grass. OH, I also started building that Titan Mech as well.
