Do you live in the city? Or next to a crowded, high-traffic street? Then we suggest you AVOID using retractable leashes 😕 They might seem convenient for your pup at first thought but they can be hazardous not only to our four-legged friends but also to their people 👭 Here are the reasons why:

1) It can be hard to maintain control of your pup when the leash is too long 🙅‍♀️
2) Your dog could run towards traffic at any moment. 
Retractable leashes can disengage when your dog is strong 😱
3) Grabbing on the leash for support could cause rope burns and in severe cases, digit amputation 🖐
