Life Update! One word: REBUILD!!!
After semi finals things have been a whirlwind.
We came back home to Nanaimo, sold our house, packed everything up and moved across the country to Quebec! We’re busy building our new home and building a new life, settling in with the boys while I prepare to the CrossFit Games in Texas in August.

Needless to say, it’s a LOT of change and balls in the air! Trying to manage recovery amidst the so much chaos can be stressful.
 optimumnutrition Platinum Rebuild has probably been my only constant throughout all this change 😂. Fueling me in the chaos of the move and making sure that I’m maximizing my sessions and still unlocking more recovery despite everything going on (lack of sleep, sick babies,etc).
