An easy on the go solution to always be prepared: rippable tuna packets, and whole wheat tortillas!

You can literally stash these in your bag, your glove box, or even pocket if you wanted to get wild😂. .
These two items make it literally impossible to fail while you're on the go.  If you always have it on hand, you're far more likely to make the better choice & eat the tuna and tortillas, rather than stopping for fast food.
