I used to kinda be an arrogant SOB. I always liked to push my chest out a little bit because I thought I was successful. Later on, I found out in life that the only reason I did that was because I was so ashamed of my failures.
As l’ve gotten older and wiser, I realize that being vulnerable allows others to become vulnerable so they understand that they’re not alone. We need to stop veteran and first responder suicides.
