## Caption

Good morning. #WeWokeUpLikeThis. #Wanna with some early #hitstick work on this beautiful summer day in #Georgia. Working on #hook #speed. Watch how he turns that #punch all the way over while lifting his elbow. #Strong pivot on his lead leg and turning his hips with the punch all while keeping his rear hand (left, power hand) up in position to protect his chin. #Power #SouthPaw #fasthands #boxing #onward #onwardboxing #teamonward #onwardnation #letsgowanna onwardwanna. Knowing I may only have #28000days to live. I can spend a lot of them just like this.
