#1 To score or assist a goal is to get a ‘Point’. 
#2 The defensemen are considered the ‘Point’ options in the offensive or neutral zones. 
“Cormack passed to Weys on the ‘point’ who shot and scored with a clapper seeing both players gain a ‘point’”
