First couple weeks we’ve peeled back the layers of lateral mechanics with some basic push to move progressions as well as figure 8 races to integrate some competition

Doing the basics is necessary, but introducing an opponent causes each athlete to turn up their performance to another level

Speed, agility, accel, contact prep and REPEAT
