❓What was the best era in music? 🅰️I listen to a lot of modern-day hip-hop and R&B music on my commute to class because it gives me the extra boost that caffeine doesn’t and it makes me awkwardly half-dance, half-walk to class. However, in terms of influence and talent, I would say the 60’s were the best era in music. While the country was going through hardships such as the Vietnam War, the Civil Rights movement, and the assassination of JFK, artists were inspired to create music that promoted a profound social change, pioneered by legendary artists such as ‪the Beatles‬, ‪Bob Dylan‬, and ‪Marvin Gaye‬.
