## Caption

Learning new lifts is hard. For the person being lifted, oftentimes we have a hard time being oriented because we’re spinning or upside down or something. As a result, all you can really focus on is what is going on inside of your own body— and, sometimes, vocal cues. In this lift, I can only really feel the orientation of my arm compared to my body since I’m flying away from him, so audible feedback is useful.
