Come stretch with me: figure skater edition 🧘‍♀️

All of our quick arm movements worked a number on my shoulders— whereas I used to be fairly mobile in my upper body, now I have to fight not to stiffen up. I try to do these stretches every morning to loosen up before training— when I do, I feel a major difference in my mobility ☺️ 

Give this routine a try! Hold each static position for 30 seconds on both sides 💛
