## Caption

We set out to go to one of my favorite waterfall in hopes there would be snow only to get to where we were going to park and hike in with no snow. So we changed it up and went to Banner Elk in hopes there would be more snow. There was, not a lot but it was just enough to make me happy. It was also the most beautiful I’ve ever seen Elk River Falls.
