Whew! 14 years ago?! 😯 I was lucky enough to watch travispastrana ‘s double backflip live at the Staples Center. I still remember every single person in that stadium on their feet, yelling and screaming for Travis. This was one of those rock star moments and when the Freestyle Moto bar was raised to a whole different level. A Summer X Games moment I’ll never forget! 🐐

Aug. 4, 2006 – Today in #XGames History: Remember where you were 14 years ago today? travispastrana was landing the first double backflip in contest history. TP won 3 gold medals at X Games LA 2006. It hasn’t been done since. #XGamesVault
