On Wednesdays, we cut cheese! 🧀 

Our cheesemonger, Bailey, spends a day each week cutting, prepping and wrapping our cheeses for you. Of all the cheeses we carry, Provolone might have the most satisfying cut. 

This provolone is coated in wax and hung from string long enough to make indentations into the cheese. Generally a cheese with a smooth and mild flavor, our provolone is aged giving it a sharpness and distinct texture. 

A perfect pizza topping cheese, enjoy on its own or pair it with a tart or dried fruit. 🍒 

Join us tomorrow at taste the goodness for yourself! Sampling provolone chunks paired with tart cherries tomorrow afternoon!
