Have you ever tried purple beans? These are so fun! They actually change color while they’re cooking. 😍

I sautéed them in a little olive oil for about 10 minutes, then seasoned them with salt and pepper. Nothing fancy but I think these would be so fun to make for kids. I mean, it’s basically magic. 😂
