Officially obsessed with peaches and this easy salad totally hit the spot! I've been all about quick lunches lately and this took about 5 minutes to throw together. 👏

🍑Here's what I used 🍑
3 handfuls of mixed greens
1 peach, chopped
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon pine nuts
A drizzle of olive oil
A drizzle of balsamic vinegar
Sprinkle of sea salt

Toss it all together and enjoy!
