My life doesn't completely revolve around science. At the end of the day I like to go for a run. I'm currently training for the Shamrock Marathon next month while raising money for Team EVMS and the Leroy T Canoles Jr. Cancer Research Center. One great thing about Norfolk is the amount of places to run around here! But this is now where I leave you. I hope you enjoyed following me around as much as I enjoyed posting about it.
