All this travel has been fun but I’m ready to head home! Tomorrow we fly back to Richmond and I’m glad to have the day to rest and recharge!

On Sundays, I take a break from social media. It means I spend a lot less time on my phone and I find it easier to focus, relax, and disconnect. It's made me more aware of my habits and how frequently I reach for my phone to scroll through Instagram or check Facebook.

Even though there are times when I'm bored in the grocery line and I'm tempted to take a peek at the 'gram, it's helped me to set really specific boundaries so I try to stick to my goal as much as possible.

I feel more focused on Sundays. It's easier to clear my mind and pay attention in church. I go into the week feeling SO refreshed and ready to take on the next challenge.
