While I'd never give up "real" pasta, I think spaghetti squash is my favorite of the veggie-noodle substitutes. 🍝 This spaghetti squash is a delicious way to transform veggies into comfort food! I topped mine with a simple homemade Pomodoro sauce infused with local thyme from shengrowers that I picked up at Walmart! #ad #RediscoveringAmerica
