I got an air fryer as a last minute Prime Day impulse purchase and I'm SO GLAD I DID. It makes perfectly crispy chickpeas! 🙌⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This crunchy kale and Brussels sprout salad is one of my favorites! It's so hearty and filling. If you love crunchy salads, you have to give this one a try!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Also, if you haven't tried Brussels sprouts raw & shredded, you're missing out. It's an awesome addition to a salad. It's hearty enough that you can make this salad ahead of time and pack it for lunch!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
