pancit canton - a quintessential part of any Filipino gathering. Pancit has evolved over the years - and there are many regional varieties of pancit in the Philippines. 🇵🇭 You may know about pancit bihon, pancit lusay, pancit palabok, pancit pusit (Ate Mel’s favorite), just to name a few… the list goes on. What kind of pancit do you remember having growing up? 💛

Pancit is one of those dishes found at numerous feasts and celebrations, consisting of stir-fried noodles with meat and vegetables. This version is entirely vegetarian, dairy free, and gluten free.
