Wow, thank you to everyone that joined us for ✨ 〰️ Musang Brunch 〰️ 🍚 🥚 on Friday & today! You kept us on our toes for sure! Our Silog Special of Beef Tapa & Tortang Talong will still be available for tomorrow’s Sunday Brunch service from 11am-2:30pm. 

“Silog" is a combination of two words — Sinangag: meaning garlic fried rice and Itlog: meaning egg. To serve something "silog" is to pair it with garlic fried rice and an egg.
