Beef Mechado is such a comfort food for many of us at Musang. Our lolas and titas made it for us, always in their own way, always in the best way 😍 

This is our love letter to those memories of comfort and joy around a simple, nourishing meal 💌

Slow braised beef chuck in a red pepper tomato sauce, with roasted heirloom potatoes, carrots, and shishito peppers.

Available on our lunch and dinner menus. We can't wait to share with you 🙌🏽
