Fried pork riblets cooked in -- you guessed it -- bagoong, along with brown sugar and guisado. Dunk it in our amazing house sawsawan for full effect 💥

Ate Mel remembers being a kid and feeling intimidated but curious about the intensity of flavor in this dish. Years later, she found a new appreciation for the complex savory and sweet notes, not to mention the pure joy of chomping on tender riblets 😋
