Sharing some love for one of our neighbors and greatest inspirations: Chu Minh Tofu 🌱

Tanya is a treasure ✨ Anyone who has stepped into Chu Minh knows how special she is. She welcomes everyone with kindness and free spring rolls, “on the house!” 😍 Her space makes you feel so at home and comfortable.

What we love the most about Chu Minh is their dedication to uplifting and supporting those in need ❤️ They’ve been providing free meals to folks across the International District for a while, and right now they’re hosting a drive for cold weather supplies and other essentials. 

Be sure to stop by and support, and also grab a delicious meal! Thank you Chu Minh for your dedication to mutual aid in our neighborhoods, and for serving some of the best banh mi in the city 😋💕
