Reminiscing today on happy memories at Inay's 💫

Inay's used to be right down the street from where we are now. We remember heading there for not just the amazing food, but the inspiring sense of community that Inay's fostered in Beacon Hill 📍

Tito Ernie opened his doors to so many young Filipinx creatives trying to find their footing not just in their projects but in their identites. Chera and Geo's pop ups 🍽 Atasha Manila's drag nights 💃 Multiple generations sitting around a table, sharing stories across food cooked with so much love and heart ❤️ It was a privilege to share space at Inay's.

Those meals at Inay's made us who we are today. It's been closed for over five years now, but we'll never forget it. We hope those memories shine through in this new generation of Filipinx hospitality in Seattle. Thank you, Tito Ernie, for showing us the way 🙏🏽
