New brunch means new coffee ☕️ And we are so proud to be working with Dorothea Coffee to bring Philippine produced coffee to Musang! 🙌🏽

When we met Conor and Tanisha, owners of Dorothea, we fell in love with their excitement to educate others not just about tasting notes but about the whole story behind the coffee they shared with us. The Philippines has been producing coffee for centuries, but the legacies of Spanish and US colonial control over Philippine agricultural industries made the country's specialty coffee all but invisible. Conor and Tanisha understand how important the global histories of colonialism are to the everyday ritual of drinking a cup of coffee, so they're bringing coffee to our city with intention and care 🌏

That's why we're so excited to be serving Sitio Belis coffee from Benguet highlands in the north of Luzon. It is imported by kalsadacoffee and roasted by dorothea_coffee before arriving to your table in a French press 🤎 Sweet, lightly acidic, and satisfying -- the perfect cup to accompany our food.
