Our Tinolang Tahong is one of our most photogenic dishes for sure 🤩 And it tastes even better than it looks! One of the most important parts of this plate is the small but mighty malunggay leaves sprinkled on top.

Also known as moringa, malunggay has a unique, earthy flavor that completes so many Filipinx recipes 🌿 Malunggay is a magical plant with so many health benefits. It's a traditional medicine for our people and is respected as a miracle plant for its incredible nutritional value and abundant production. It stands for life, health, and even resistance against hunger and malnutrition in the Philippines ✊🏾
