As promised last week by japesjape himself... JP’s Chicken Afritada is on special tonight ‼️

Chicken thighs brined in buttermilk and garlic and grilled to perfection. 🍗 

What makes this dish so special is JP’s remix of traditional afritada sauce. It’s more like a refreshing relish, topped with olives and marcona almonds. Inspired by the Lebanese sauce toum, it’s simple but full of garlicky flavor. 🧄
