Beef Pares - grilled flank steak with ginger, star anise, soy sauce, scallions, and bok choy

The word pares translates to pairs 👯‍♀️ This dish was actually named for the perfect pairing of salty, savory beef and sweet, flavorful garlic rice. That means we better not catch you getting Beef Pares without a side of garlic rice! 🤣 👀

Ours comes a little less brothy and a lot more saucy, but every bit as satisfying. We promise ❤️
