This beautiful dish is our Baka Alla Saltado. A perfectly grilled flank steak with guisado, red onions, bell peppers and soy sauce. 🥩

One of Ate Mel and Ate Jonnah's favorite spots in Seattle is San Fernando Roasted Chicken. Their dinners there inspired this dish, which draws inspiration from Peruvian Lomo Saltado and incorporates Filipinx flavors. 

Pairs will with our Isa cocktail or a cold, crisp bottle of Red Horse. 🍻
