Sharing some love today for Ate Amelia and her amazing Bibingka. Soft, spongy, sweet, salty. We can never get enough.

Bibingka is a great example of the multiculturalism so prevalent in our culture and cuisine. The origins of this dish are shared by the Philippines and Indonesia. Amelia brings her version to our table right here in Beacon Hill ❤️
