My favorite question because it gives us all a chance to reflect on how far we’ve come. People usually reflect on the times that fear held them back from doing what they really wanted. 

Fear is important... it keeps us out of danger but its important to remember that the discomfort that fear is trying to protect us from is a necessary ingredient for growth
