In honor of #WorldMentalHealthDay, i want to share some enlightening conversations with strangers who became friends. When i started making these videos, i didn’t realize how much a small interaction with a stranger would brighten up my day and how that good mood feeling would stick with me even through tough times. These small unexpected conversations with new people impacted my life in ways you can’t even imagine. Look how she lights up when she starts talking about her paintings 😊 It makes me think that if we all just showed each other a little bit of random love, we would all feel less alone and the world would be a little better than it already is…
