Smiling is powerful. carianne.meti taught me that 😁

One cue I use a lot is « relax your face ». Smiling can have the same effect when you train but also when you’re working or just walking around. 

How often to you catch yourself frowning or biting down when you’re focused? When you catch yourself doing that today, crack a smile 😊!
