With very stressful months behind us everyone should be moving, sweating and having fun. 👏🏼
We are very happy to announce that we have a Kids/Teens program available NOW! 👧🏼💪🏼👦🏻

The program includes 5️⃣ days of programming for 1️⃣ hour classes (warmup, skill/strength, WOD, extra). Our program is tought so that our younger ones get healthier, learn how to move with intention and have a tremendous amount of fun doing it. ❣️
