peach crisp overnight oats 🍑🤩 the summer breakfast for peach season! 

These oats are so so creamy with layers of ripe juicy peaches that have been cooked until soft and tender (just like a peach crisp). 

For an extra punch of fruity flavor, I’ve mixed in some of the cooked peaches with the thickened oats! And they have a a super easy crisp topping for a crunch with every bite.

Heres what you’ll need:
Old fashioned oats
Chia seeds
Cinnamon 
Coconut sugar
Peaches
Coconut oil
Dairy free milk
Vanilla 
Dairy free yogurt (optional- for topping)
