I made Cheeto Esquite (elote off the cob) using Japanese Cheetos from exo_japan_soda🇯🇵 the flavors are 200% Cheese & Japanese BBQ — so fun!!

I’ve had the corn song stuck in my head for the last week, so I needed to jump on the trend LOL. Also, did you know you can make corn using an airfryer? See below for recipe details!

✨Ingredients:
•2 corn cobs
•1 tbsp salted butter
•1 lime
•1 tsp tajin/lime seasoning
•1/4 cup mayonnaise 
•1/4 cup cotija cheese
•cilantro
•Cheeto dust

Preheat airfryer to 370°F. Brush corn with melted butter and place in airfryer basket; cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cool down and remove kernels off the cob. Squeeze lime juice into a medium bowl, and add tajin, mayonnaise, cotija cheese, cilantro, and corn kernels. Mix using a spoon and add Cheeto dust on top. Enjoy!
