MANGO NICE-CREAM🥭💖

Vegan creamy “nice-cream” made with simple ingredients. The perfect healthy treat for when you are craving something sweet like ice cream but want to skip some of the sugar.

✨Ingredients:
•1/2 can unsweetened coconut cream, chilled
•1 tbsp agave / stevia 
•3 scoops frozen mango chunks 
•1 tsp vanilla extract

Chill coconut cream overnight. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for two minutes until well combined. If the nice-cream feels too thick or is hard to blend, add coconut milk or coconut water 2 tbsp at a time to help blend. Eat immediately or place inside a Tupperware container and freeze and save for later. Enjoy!
