I tried Georgian food for the first time in Madrid at KinzaMadrid and it blew my mind. Make sure to bookmark this one!  The flavors and textures were impecable, and so many of the appetizers happened to be EXTRA cheesy. Which one caught your attention first? #MadridFood

1️⃣ Khachapuri Adjaruli is one of the most famous Georgian dishes made in a homemade bread vessel with Georgian cheese and an egg yolk

2️⃣ Elardji is made with Suluguni cheese (very similar in flavor to mozzarella) and corn meal flour, which makes it extra stretchy.
