BOBA TEA Custard Toast🧋

🍞I finally tried the custard toast trend! I added milk tea powder to my custard and microwaveable instant brown sugar boba — it was DELISH. I kinda wanna make a bunch of other versions of this LOL.

✨Ingredients:
•2 slices of brioche bread
•1 egg
•1/4 cup Greek yogurt
•2 tbsp milk tea powder
•Brown sugar boba

Preheat air-fryer to 360°F. In a bowl combine egg, yogurt, and tea powder to make the custard base. Gently press the slices of bread down the center to create a down shape. Pour the custard base down the center and cook for 6 minutes, until golden brown and solidified. If adding boba, cook according to the instructions on the packaging. Add boba to the toast and enjoy!
