Seriously, it’s a Colombian thing. Look it up. At the Museum of Chocolate in Villa de Leyva they serve hot chocolate with torched Edam cheese (queso holandés) + gold foil. It’s an interesting combo, would you try it?

They also have an awesome chocolate beer 🍺 & a bunch of other really interesting chocolate-based treats!
