Their boba is made using a brown sugar tapioca dough and is later processed into balls by a special machine. The boba pearls are then boiled and later dumped into a scalding hot brown sugar caramel and mixed until reaching a gooey consistency. A generous amount of boba is poured inside a cup and then is topped off with milk, milk foam, and a sprinkle of brown sugar, which is immediately torched for a burnt smokey flavor.
