COLOMBIAN EMPANADAS🇨🇴🥟

Colombian empanadas are fried and made using yellow cornmeal. They are the most delicious empanadas in the world (to me at least). They have different fillings, usually shredded beef, cheese, or chicken. 

They are typically accompanied with ají, which is a Colombian onion-based mild-to-medium hot sauce and a little lime.

I said lemon in the video because for some odd reason, Colombians call green limes “lemon” 🍋 #BogotaFood
