The perfect V-Day breakfast❣️ No need to flip anything, it’s easier than making regular pancakes!✨⁣
⁣
✨Ingredients:⁣
•3 eggs⁣
•1 cup of flour⁣
•1 cup of warm milk⁣
•1 tbsp of sugar⁣
•2 tsps of pure vanilla extract⁣
•1 pinch of salt⁣
•3 tbsp of melted butter⁣
⁣
👉🏼Preheat oven and skillet to 400° F. Beat the eggs and add warm milk (heat it up in the microwave for 30 secs), whisk together until fully combined. Sift the flour and add to the mixture. Add sugar, vanilla, and salt. Whisk for about a minute until no clumps are left. Add the melted butter and whisk again. Take the skillet out of the oven, spray it with cooking oil, and pour the pancake batter inside. Bake for 22 minutes. Serve with powdered sugar and fruit jam. Enjoy!⁣
