CHEESE-STUFFED ONION RINGS🧀🧅 #asmr

The crunchiest onion rings ever stuffed with cheese. It’s the love baby between an onion ring and a mozzarella stick!😋

✨Ingredients:
•1-2 white onions
•6 mozzarella string cheeses
•2 eggs, beaten
•3 tbsp heavy cream
•2 cups all-purpose flour, divided
•1 tbsp paprika
•1 tsp garlic powder
•1 cup panko bread crumbs
•1 qt canola oil
•salt

👉🏼Make horizontal 1.5-inch cuts along the onion and separate the rings. Place the rings over a cutting board and pair up the larger rings with a smaller ring that can fit inside of the large one. Cut mozzarella string cheese in half vertically and place it in between the onion rings. Secure in place using toothpicks—Preheat oil to 365°F. Beat 2 eggs together and add heavy cream. Add 1 cup of flour, paprika, and garlic powder, beat together to make the batter. On two separate bowls, add the remaining flour and panko. Toss the onion rings in flour, followed by the batter. Once they are fully covered in batter, toss in panic crumbs. Fry for 1.5 minutes, flip, and fry for an additional minute. Dry using paper towels. Sprinkle salt on top and serve immediately.
